1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and umg8 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the umg8.vu website, mobile app, and all related services.

By completing the registration process and clicking the "Register" button, you confirm that you have read and fully understood this document. Continued use of the umg8 platform following any amendment to the terms will also be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy umg8, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use umg8 services, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not being on the self-exclusion list of any active responsible gaming program.
• Not acting as a representative, agent, or third party on behalf of another person.
• Not being an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an umg8 employee or any of umg8's business partners.
• Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial or syndicate purposes.

Umg8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Should you be found not to meet the eligibility requirements, umg8 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any associated balance at our sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. umg8 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or misleading registration information provided by the member.

You are required to provide your full name as shown on your MyKad or passport, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and accurate bank account or digital wallet details for payment purposes.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one umg8 account at any one time. This restriction covers the use of the same name, phone number, email address, MyKad number, IP address, or banking information to register more than one account. Members found to hold multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and all balances frozen without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your umg8 account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. umg8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the member's failure to maintain account security.

4 Deposit & Payment

4.1 Deposit Methods

Umg8 supports a variety of deposit methods including local bank transfer (FPX), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), DuitNow, and alternative payment methods listed on the Deposit. All deposits must be made using an account registered under the member's own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit limit at umg8 is RM 5 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level. Members who have completed KYC verification enjoy higher deposit limits compared to unverified accounts.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via FPX and digital wallets are processed in real time and credited to your umg8 account within minutes. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact the umg8 support team with proof of payment.

5 Funds Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Umg8 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time through the Withdrawal section in their account. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the selected method and verification requirements. The majority of withdrawals are processed within 2 hours during business hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• Members must ensure their account has been verified (KYC) before making withdrawals that exceed the set limit.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Umg8 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals deemed to require further verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum daily and weekly limits are set according to the member's account level. Contact umg8 customer support for more information about your account's withdrawal limits.

6 Bonus & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All umg8 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific eligibility conditions stated in each promotion's terms. Welcome bonuses are available only to new members making their first deposit. Abuse or attempts to manipulate the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses granted by umg8 are subject to wagering requirements explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirement means you are required to wager a specified amount before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager RM 1,000 before the bonus value is eligible for withdrawal. The timeframe to fulfil the wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Umg8 employs a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered abuse include registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses, using wagering strategies believed to be intended to exploit bonuses, and collusion between members to manipulate the promotions system.

7 Game Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All games offered at umg8 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by international certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including umg8 itself.

7.2 Final Game Results

All game results on umg8 are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure. In the event of a technical failure affecting game results, umg8 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original wager to the member.

7.3 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface. umg8 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

8 User Conduct

Umg8 members are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the umg8 platform.
• Attempts to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt platform operations.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to another party.
• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward umg8 support staff.
• Any activity that can be associated with money laundering or illegal financing.
• Sharing insider information or strategies intended to exploit system vulnerabilities.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Umg8 is committed to protecting the personal information of all members. All collected data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with any third party without the member's consent, except as required by law or the relevant regulatory authorities.

10 Limitation of Liability

Umg8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes or wagering.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond umg8's control.
• Personal financial decisions made based on platform usage.

Umg8's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit held in the member's account at the time the relevant incident occurs.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 umg8 Rights

Umg8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• The member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account shows no activity for a consecutive period of 12 months.
• Registration details found to be false or misleading.

11.2 Account Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the umg8 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

12 Terms Amendment

Umg8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on umg8.vu.

We will endeavour to notify members of any material amendments via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
